Users must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or mobile app.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.

3. Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
The renter is responsible for all fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental period.
Smoking, transporting prohibited items, or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made within the stipulated period may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
No refunds will be given for late arrivals or failure to pick up the vehicle.

5. Liability

Forbhic Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred while using rented vehicles.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

6. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and images on our website and app are the property of Forbhic Travel and may not be copied or used without permission.
